Privacy Policy
Inorva Life is made by inorva. This notice explains what the app collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to get rid of it. Plain language, no surprises.
What we store when you sign in
Account: your email address, and — if you connect Google — the name and profile photo Google gives us. Used to identify your account and sync it between devices.
Your content: the tasks, habits and habit check-ins you create, with their times and reminder settings.
Notifications: a push token for your device, plus its platform and language, so reminders reach the right phone in the right language.
Your plan: which plan you are on, when it renews or ends, and how many assistant requests you have used this month (a count only, not what you asked).
That is the whole list. No advertising identifier, no location, no contacts, no analytics or tracking SDKs.
Voice
Recording only happens while you hold the talk key or between the tap that starts it and the tap that sends it. Nothing is captured in the background.
When you send a recording, it goes to our server and on to our speech-to-text and language-model provider, which turns it into text and works out what you asked for.
The audio is processed to answer that one request and is not kept by us afterwards. The transcript is kept only as the message you can see in the assistant, on your device.
Calendar
With your permission, Inorva Life reads your device calendar to show your day, and writes events you ask it to create.
Your calendar events are read on the device. They are not uploaded to our servers or stored by us. When you ask the assistant a question, the titles and times of the events around that moment are sent with the request so it can answer sensibly — the same way the words you spoke are.
Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are bought and billed through Google Play. Your card and payment details go to Google only; we never see or store them.
We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases with Google Play and keep your plan up to date. RevenueCat receives your account’s random ID (not your email or name) and the purchase details from the store: the product, price, currency, purchase and renewal dates, and the store’s transaction ID.
The free trial needs no card and nothing is sent to Google Play or RevenueCat for it.
To cancel, pause or change how you pay, use Google Play’s subscription settings. Deleting your Inorva Life account does not cancel a Google Play subscription on its own.
Who else sees it
Supabase — hosting, the database and sign-in.
Our AI provider — speech-to-text and the planning model, for the requests you send.
Expo — delivering push notifications to your device.
Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google, and Google Play for subscriptions you buy.
RevenueCat — confirming and managing subscriptions bought through Google Play.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Keeping and deleting
Your content stays until you delete it or delete your account.
Settings → Account → Delete account removes your account and everything stored against it, straight away and for good, including your plan and usage records. You can also email us at support@inorva.com and we will do it for you.
Google Play and RevenueCat keep their own records of purchases, as billing and tax rules require.
Settings → Data → Export everything gives you a JSON copy of your tasks, habits and check-ins at any time.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Your rows are protected by row-level security, so one account cannot read another account’s data.
Children
Inorva Life is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes and contact
If this notice changes materially we will update the app and the published copy, and change the date at the top.
