Privacy Policy
LF-1 is made by inorva. This notice explains what the app collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to get rid of it. Plain language, no surprises.
Demo mode collects nothing
If you choose "Try the demo", everything stays on your phone. No account, no server, nothing leaves the device. You can use the whole app this way.
The rest of this notice applies when you sign in.
What we store when you sign in
Account: your email address, and — if you connect Google — the name and profile photo Google gives us. Used to identify your account and sync it between devices.
Your content: the tasks, habits and habit check-ins you create, with their times and reminder settings.
Notifications: a push token for your device, plus its platform and language, so reminders reach the right phone in the right language.
That is the whole list. No advertising identifier, no location, no contacts, no analytics or tracking SDKs.
Voice
Recording only happens while you hold the talk key or between the tap that starts it and the tap that sends it. Nothing is captured in the background.
When you send a recording, it goes to our server and on to our speech-to-text and language-model provider, which turns it into text and works out what you asked for.
The audio is processed to answer that one request and is not kept by us afterwards. The transcript is kept only as the message you can see in the assistant, on your device.
Calendar
With your permission, LF-1 reads your device calendar to show your day, and writes events you ask it to create.
Your calendar events are read on the device. They are not uploaded to our servers or stored by us. When you ask the assistant a question, the titles and times of the events around that moment are sent with the request so it can answer sensibly — the same way the words you spoke are.
Who else sees it
Supabase — hosting, the database and sign-in.
Our AI provider — speech-to-text and the planning model, for the requests you send.
Expo — delivering push notifications to your device.
Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Keeping and deleting
Your content stays until you delete it or delete your account.
Settings → Account → Delete account removes your account and everything stored against it, straight away and for good. You can also email us at support@inorva.com and we will do it for you.
Settings → Data → Export everything gives you a JSON copy of your tasks, habits and check-ins at any time.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Your rows are protected by row-level security, so one account cannot read another account’s data.
Children
LF-1 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes and contact
If this notice changes materially we will update the app and the published copy, and change the date at the top.
