Delete your account

In the app

Open LF-1 → Settings → Legal → Delete account, then confirm.

Your account and everything stored against it — tasks, habits, check-ins and the push token for your devices — are deleted immediately and permanently. Nothing is kept afterwards, and there is no recovery period.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@inorva.com from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. We complete the request within 30 days.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. We keep no backups of deleted accounts beyond our provider's routine encrypted database backups, which roll off within 7 days.

If you used LF-1 in demo mode, there was never an account: uninstalling the app removes everything.
